Philip Tuzynski, Project Manager

Philip Tuzynski began his career with National Fiber and Copper, Inc. in 2006 while attending Towson University, where he graduated with a B.S. in Psychology. Since then, Philip has furthered his ITC training through various organizations, including industry leading BICSI, where he currently holds his Technician Credential. Philip also holds his OSHA 30 Hour General Industry card from the University of South Florida and his Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certificate from the Red Cross.

Currently, Philip is a Project Manager at NFC with experience managing small to large projects in excess of 2 million dollars. He has also helped NFC expand its philanthropic footprint by joining forces with H.O.P.E., a nonprofit committed to bettering the lives of orphans both locally and nationally. He is committed to furthering his professional education by acquiring his RCDD credential.

Certifications

Philip’s current credentials include: ITS Technician, ITS Installer 2 Fiber, ITS Installer 2 Copper, and ITS Installer 1
Philip has successfully completed the OSHA 30 Hour Outreach Training for General Industry though the University of South Florida, an OSHA Training Institute Training Center.
Philip has been Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certified since high school.
Philip is a certified Supervisor, Entrant and Attendant for Permit Required Confined Spaces for Telecommunication Workers through Authorized Confined space training facility – 16 hours 29 CFR 1910.146
Philip has been an entrusted Notary Public through Howard County, MD Government since 2011.
Philip is certified by Leviton for Copper and Optical Fiber Communications Cabling Systems.

Nonprofit Involvement

In 2015, Philip joined forces with Dr. Marlene Mahipat of H.O.P.E., a nonprofit committed to bettering the lives of orphans both locally and nationally. Together they provide food, clothes, vitamins and educational supplies to underprivileged and displaced children. The organization also helps homeless and low-income families.
